1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Use at your own risk & device safety

The service controls a physical device. Start with a shallow stroke range, and stop at any time. The software caps stroke speed within the device's safe operating range automatically (any speed preferences you set are applied within that cap, never beyond it), but you are responsible for using it sensibly and comfortably. Always follow the device manufacturer's safety guidance. Discontinue use if you experience any discomfort.

3. Your content

If you upload your own funscript, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. Uploaded files are processed for your session only and are not stored on my server.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular device.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of or inability to use the service. Your sole remedy is to stop using it.

6. Third-party services & content

Device playback is relayed through The Handy's service (handyfeeling.com), which has its own terms. I am not responsible for third-party services.

The optional visuals feature displays clips through Redgifs' own embedded player. Strokade hosts no media itself: the clips, their availability, and their content are Redgifs' and their creators', subject to Redgifs' terms. Copyright or content complaints about a clip should be directed to Redgifs; if you believe a search tag surfaces unlawful content through this service, contact me at the address below and I will review it.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary, grant no additional rights, features, or support entitlement, and are non-refundable. They are processed entirely by the donation platform under its own terms.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado are the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.
